Ethics MCLE on New State Bar Reporting Requirements

SHORT DESCRIPTION: As of January 1, 2023, several important changes went into effect for California attorneys who maintain Client Trust Accounts and IOLTAs. Legal ethics expert and former State Bar senior prosecutor Ashod Mooradian will review important changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct and the laws and rules that govern Client Trust Accounts and IOLTAs. Ashod will also present in this CLE a step-by-step overview of the new Annual Reporting Requirements for all California attorneys.
